It's back in 2022. It's a unique event for Kent, taking place in the picturesque surroundings of the Gusbourne Vineyards. There is a great atmosphere at this event, with the wine stops, mini Event Village and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings when you have finished. We are delighted to be working with Gusbourne to bring you this event.

There is a choice of a 10k or 5k route around the estate. The terrain is off-road and has some hills, but the views more than make up for the effort. On both the 5k and 10k there will be opportunities to taste some award-winning English Sparkling wine - so over 18s only for this one.

EVERY finisher will get a great medal to mark the occasion too.

WINE TOURS

For the runners, their families and friends, Gusbourne are offering a limited number of short guided tours around the estate, lasting 45 mins, for a preferential price of just £5 per person, redeemable against any purchases of wine on the day. Starting at 11.30 and 13.30, each tour will be hosted by a member of Gusbourne staff who will give you an insight into how they grow the grapes and make their award-winning English sparkling wines. Two of their wines will be poured to accompany you on your way around the tour, with soft drinks available as an alternative.

Bookings for the tours will are open now and a link will be sent with your entry confirmation.

STAY FOR LUNCH

This really is a sociable event, so why not stay and have some lunch in the Garden Room Restaurant or at one of the great outside seating areas. No need to book lunch, you can just stay and enjoy.

There will be a choice of salads, available individually or to mix:

Mediterranean Pasta Salad - Fusilli pasta, sundried tomatoes, chickpeas, rocket, balsamic dressing (ve)
Brown Rice Salad - Brown rice, garden peas, spring onions, lemon vinaigrette (ve)

Combine these with a choice of toppings:

Crumbled feta
Pulled braised gammon
All served with sliced fresh baguettes

ADVANCED ENTRIES OPEN UNTIL THE MONDAY BEFORE THE EVENT AT 1PM. ON THE DAY ENTRIES WILL BE AVAILABLE 9AM - 10AM ON THE EVENT DAY SUBJECT TO SPACE.

As there is wine sampling at this event, the minimum age is 18 on the day for both the 10k and the 5k.
